Fulfillment Policy:

  1. Final Sale Agreement: All purchases are considered final. We have a no-refund policy except under the specific condition detailed below.

  2. Performance-Based Exception: If you do not observe an increase in your employees' energy by the end of the first month after implementing our service, you may be eligible for a refund. This exception is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

    • To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate that there has been no noticeable increase in employee energy levels within the first month of using our service. This assessment should be based on reasonable and measurable criteria, which we can provide guidance on and you must notify us in writing within 35 days from the date of purchase. Late notifications will not be eligible for a refund.
